At our first live event, CDPa founding members and industry thought leaders, Chris Chapo and Sebastian DiGrande, dished out some great advice and pro tips for getting started with a customer-centric transformation. The biggest takeaway from their conversation was start small, look for quick wins, and earn the right for bigger change.
